Order by Phone
Place your order by calling 319-385-4650 . We can be extremely helpful with your fit and sizing questions since we wear the clothing that we sell. Your satisfaction is our prime concern. Please fill the order form in to use as a guide to the information we will require (including your credit card number and expiration date). We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Order by Fax
Fax your completed order form to us at 319-385-4650 , 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Faxed orders may be placed by credit card only. Please remember to sign the order form and include your credit card number and expiration date.
Order by Mail
Mail orders may be placed with a credit card, personal check, or money order in US dollars. If paying by personal check, the check must include your imprinted name and account number. Also include your street address (not PO Box or APO/FPO) and a daytime phone number on the front of the check to ensure timely delivery. Order On-Line
You can place an order, learn more about Cherished Memories, and even tell us what you think about our garments. To ensure that your ordering information is protected, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This program immediately encrypts your credit card number and name and address information so that only Cherished Memories is able to decode it.

Cherished Memories can help you with your gift giving. Our outfits make great gifts! Just let us know whom you would like us to send it to and we'll enclose your gift in a FREE gift bag and include your personal message. Let us take care of your gift giving this year.
Gift Certificates
Everyone loves Cherished Memories outfits. With a gift certificate, it's easy to choose a gift that fits your budget. Give us a call to order one or send us an email and we'll send a certificate (in the value of your choice), and your personal message to the lucky person on your gift list.
Sales Tax
Cherished Memories is only required to charge sales tax in those states in which our stores are located. (Iowa)
Delivery and Shipping
Fast Delivery: All in-stock merchandise is usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, so you should receive your order in three to seven business days after you place your order. We will contact you by mail if any item is discontinued or backordered. Your credit card will not be charged until your merchandise is shipped.
Delivery Options:
We normally ship through the US Postal Service, by Priority Mail. Priority Mail service normal delivery time is 2-3 days anywhere in the continental US. However, if you are in need of guaranteed delivery times or UPS ground service, we offer several UPS shipping options with expedited service. See below.
UPS Guaranteed Rush Service Options:
3rd Business Day - Please add $7.50 to normal shipping charges.
2nd Business Day - Please add $12.50 to normal shipping charges.
Next day Air - Please add $17.50 to normal shipping charges. Order must be received by 10:00am CST, Monday-Friday. Next Day Air is not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and some rural areas.
Note: All UPS guaranteed expedited delivery services must be shipped to physical street address locations. (no PO Boxes).
Shipments to PR and Canada: All orders shipped outside the continental US should add an additional $5.00 to the normal shipping and handling charges. Expedited orders to AK & HI can ship via 2nd Business Day or Next Day Air only. Please add the applicable expedited delivery charges. Shipments to international addresses may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you need to return a purchase, just mail it back with a note explaining why: to large exchange for a size ____. and make sure you enclose your return address: If returning a gift, please include the buyer's name and address.
Exchange orders are shipped to you for $4.00 per package.
Cherished Memories Guarantees Your Satisfaction
We know you'll be thrilled with our designs and the quality of our garments, that we guarantee them without reservation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange within 60 days of the original purchase. Returned items must be in new condition, not worn (except for trying on), laundered or altered.
