How do I place an order online?
Ordering online is safe, convenient, and easy. Our website has been designed to make it as easy as possible for you to place an order. When shopping online with us, simply browse through our different designs and choose the sizes and colors you want and then add the items to your shopping cart. Follow the on-screen directions to complete your purchases.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email message confirming your order from our customer service center. This message will include your order number. You will be notified if any item is backordered and it's expected shipping date. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipment confirmation telling you your order is on the way. In-stock items are usually shipped within 3-4 business days unless you have requested a rush delivery.

We normally ship through the US Postal Service by priority mail. Priority Mail service normal delivery time is 2-3 days anywhere in the continental US. However, if you are in need of guaranteed delivery times, we offer several UPS shipping options with expedited service. Shown below. (Recipient pays all import duties and taxes on orders shipped outside of the United States.)

Cherished Memories is located in Iowa. If you are ordering from Iowa, then we are required by law to collect sales taxes. This order system will calculate the proper sales taxes that you will be charged and they will appear in your order total. Back to the top
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange within 60 days of the original purchase. Send the items to Cherished Memories , 1004 W Clay St, Mt Pleasant, Ia 52641. add shipping charges for the return. *(All returned items must be in new condition, not worn (except for trying on), laundered, or altered.) Please refer to the size chart below to help determine the size you will need. The size chart is valid for most garments. If sizing of a particular item is different than what is shown in the size chart, it will be indicated in the description of that item. We normally use Jerzee brand shirts sometimes we use Gildan but they are very similiar in sizing...
